• Media: Photographs and documents uploaded as annexures for vehicle inspections.

2. Use of Information

The information is used strictly to facilitate your workflow, including but not limited to:

• Generating professional, standardized PDF reports and Professional Fee Bills.
• Automating metadata extraction (such as location/timestamps) for compliance with survey standards.
• Managing multi-surveyor firm profiles within the system.

We implement robust security measures to protect your sensitive survey data and digital signatures. However, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
